Palm app catalog has removed the $50 submission fee and will refund developers who had previously paid up.
The Palm webOS app catalog could potentially see a rise in apps with the waiving of the $50 fee that developers had to pay to submit apps for inclusion.In a move to entice developers to create further Palm apps, apart from slashing this fee, developers who had paid the amount in the past will be refunded.
