Skype services went outage today worldwide. Also reported that, users are unable to use their mobile applications including Android and the iPhone. Company further informed, the number of people online of Skype was falling, which wasn’t typical or expected. A large number of super nodes, which act as the service’s phone directory of sorts, were gone offline by a problem affecting some versions of Skype. Skype’s engineers are currently making mage-supernodes that should get the service running normally in a few hours. It will take more time to fix video chatting service, according to the sources.
Update: Skype informed that the service is now online normal. But still lots of users are getting difficulties to log in, and we will inform recent updates as we get.
